I’m Chayla Ellison, founder of CC Ellison Events. My work is rooted in clarity, structure, and calm execution — helping clients turn ideas into well-run events that feel intentional, grounded, and genuinely enjoyable.
With over a decade of experience across nonprofit operations, private events, and logistical leadership, I bring a systems-minded approach to planning and execution. I’m known for holding both the big picture and the fine details at once, creating timelines, coordination, and flow that allow events to unfold smoothly and without unnecessary stress.
Behind the scenes, I’m supported by my secret weapon: my husband, Chris Ellison. With a background in hospitality and restaurant management spanning front- and back-of-house operations, Chris adds an extra layer of steadiness, situational awareness, and guest-focused execution — especially onsite, where timing and atmosphere matter most.
Together, we balance thoughtful planning with real-time adaptability.
